"Simply Amazed! That is the best way to describe the service, quality and professionalism I received from Rod and his crew. I own a busy Bowling Center with a volleyball court and horseshoe pits, so you can imagine the sand that tracks in. Our schedule is so tight that the only time we could clean was Sunday morning. He and his crewed arrived at 9 AM and had everything complete by 1:00 PM, which allowed us to reopen by 4 PM. I have been unable to properly clean the carpet for several years. We vacuum daily, but that only gets so much. I really thought I needed to install new carpet because mine was so neglected. To my surprise, Rod and his crew used both hot water extraction and a process called encapsulation. I could not believe how good my 20 year old carpet turned out! I will be able to delay new carpet for a few years now. Premier has every tool and cleaning system imaginable. They removed spots that I thought were exposed padding! If Rod can't get it clean, you probably need new carpet."

Thanks to COVID, we have spent a lot of time at home lately. Our oversized sectional has been the gathering spot of the house, and while I love the togetherness, the residue from the months of snacks and puppy snuggles has left their marks. Premier did a
phenomenal job of cleaning our sofa and we're able to remove some stains that I assumed were permanent!!
